​Info: W. 34th is the first “multiplex” project in Lyndan’s portfolio. Under the City of Vancouver’s R1-1 zoning, this multiplex build form is aimed and filling the missing middle housing shortage by way of gentle densification of single-family neighborhoods. This project is a ground up new build and will contain 2 family-sized duplex units in the front building fronting 34th Ave, as well as 2 units in the rear, fronting the lane. This project is expected to be completed in 2026.
